Graphia provides multi-disciplined design services, dedicated to improving our environment and the quality of architecture.

We are a full-service architecture, engineering and mapping firm. Full-services includes mapping, as-built modeling, and mechanical, electrical, and structural design. Our firm has managed the design and construction of retail shells, tenant improvements, offices and industrial buildings, restaurants, apartments, lofts and luxury residences. General project experience includes over 500 built projects throughout North America. We are licensed in all 50 US States, DC and Canada.

As design professionals, my firm plays a key role in managing your projects. We employ administrative and field experience in the design, programming, cost estimation, scheduling, review, construction, and maintenance of buildings, structures, and site improvements. Our design and communication skills focus on rapid conceptualization, environmental sensitivity, comprehensive cost identification, and value-driven project delivery.

We have experience in direct management of public and private projects in complex building environments. This includes working with clients, design team members, project managers, facility managers, inspectors, contractors, and others as required to bring building projects to successful completion, coordinating with local representatives, citizen groups, agency administrators, and regional and national agencies, documenting and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal building regulations, environmentally responsible and resource efficient design.
